I considered that too. But then the card spend, deposits and revenue would suggest that the 80 000 are indeed active & very engaged users. If not, every other metric would be much lower. I think they need to clarity where the loyalty expenditure is (i.e douugh get Douugh & cash back rewards) to be able to understand this report. Could be that they are deducting this expenditure from cash receipts and then reporting?
