Too many announcement or no announcement at all both are wrong.. In my opinion. The issue with this management is that they are not open and transparent as far as sell of product in EU are concern or lack of transparency around reason to withdraw from TGA application... IMO.
So many companies went through Merger and acquisition, so many biotech able to outperform to sell their products in covid but OSL after receiving EU approvals couldn't sell a SINGLE device is not just failure of management who now had enough time (more then a year now) to demonstrate what they can do but also failure of them being honest to the shareholders... IMO.
FDA response should come within 75 working days from the date company submit their response according to FDA guide. In OSL case they submitted response last in October but in today's announcement they mentioned that they are working on answering FDA questions ... lol ... !
small sell that we see should be from New Zealand like before but company didn't bother to mentioned where it is coming from because their dumb political decision of withdrawal from TGA would look worst if this sell is from Australia ... In my opinion.... !!!!
Not sure who is buying even at 3.5c because like TGA what is the guarantee that they will stick to their application? ... lol
