On the subject of Afterpay. IMO, the risk of an asset is the market cap of an asset.
38B company means 38B to lose if things go wrong. 8.88m market cap OSP means the max all investors on the share register can lose combined is 8.88m no matter what happens.
I really hope there was a political or other reason/motive that was so beneficial to throw away 38 Billion worth of not only risk but opportunity cost into 1 asset which is not even cash flow positive yet LOL
