The real money is in high volume staples that hopefully the business will focus on eventually.

The powdered milk and bar lines obviously have potential but the Bailey's milk, green goop drinks, frozen fruit and fudge lines - They need to be given the flick (if they haven't been already).

We are headed into the mother of inflationary periods, with higher interest rates thrown in for good measure. Discretionary spending on 'artisan' foods isnt going to do well under these conditions.
