    This Metaverse is basically an online brochure. My businesses used to spend about 5K a month on paper brochures back in the day - 150K to secure a space in here makes sense.

    The young guys don't want to read 2 dimensional web pages full of text and pictures any more. Here they can check out the factory - which they can't do in real life - ask some questions and hopefully buy some product. This isn't targeted at the Boomers or Gen Xers.
