They'll need to consolidate the shares in order to get the share price at a level that raising funds is possible. You can't raise at 0.002. The shares you have to offer would be huge amount. Raising at .2 or .02 is far more feasible. the amount of shares on offer is a drag on the share price. Too much supply. Hence it will continue to bubble between 0.002-0.003.
so shareholders will get screwed here as they will consolidate and you'll lose the growth potential that is the only attractive thing about stocks at these prices!
