I do think that both IHL - 216A and IHL-675A could be Company Makers too in their
own right and I would put them ahead of PSI-GAD just based on current trial timelines.

But I do understand what your saying in terms of Inflection Points for the SP, both IHL-42X and PSI-GAD will be gigantic with success.
