Yes, I take medically prescribed CBD before bed - I suffer from Spinal Stenosis and was taking Lyrica. I consulted a doctor and discussed transitioning from Lyrica to CBD and have done so over the past 4 weeks. Initially it was difficult but gradually as I have managed to understand the CBD volume per dosage that works for me the CBD seems to be regulating my sleep and also providing the necessary pain relief during the day for the spinal stenosis.

As a matter of interest it inst cheap though the process through Cannvalate was not too taxing.
