My understanding of the process to create the ADS at this point may not be correct, just how I have interpreted what I've read about it. however it seems that anyone can apply to have their shares packaged as an ADS for trading on the Nasdaq once IXHL lists. you would need to apply to the relevant bank trust that would hold the shares and issue the ADS. Additionally once IXHL is listed, the BOD could elect to perform a capital raise onto the nasdaq. I assume this would involve issuing new asx shares, applying to package them as ADS and then issuing those to the relevant parties.



So yes it will be dual listed and you will still trade IHL shares on the ASX so you currently would.
