All this talk about “getting fat wage” do some research on what a basic software engineer wage is currently figured at because of the hot demand and just how hard it is to find and recruit a team. ’ve done a post not too long ago stating this alongside a write up from a couple of tech guys. Also, this talk about “I’m out if there’s a CR dilution dilution!!” You don’t see the employees or BOD running for the hills when they’ve already got significant skin in the game plus are sacrificing part of there salary for shares and under an employee share scheme. Plus the founders of our acquisitions getting issue of shares for their company at 7.5c and 6.2c. I mean come on, if they didn’t think big things are coming and can see significant growth for many years to come then why would they be diluting themselves.
Short sighted with a hint of emotions equals where some are today, but as you know all this is my opinion, please yet again go dyor.
