I think AF's expectation is that the revenue will increase in the short term and hopefully lessening the cash burn and therefore has the belief a cap raise simply to keep the lights on won't be necessary. This is my take on looking at everything. whether it plays out like that is yet to be seen and SH seem to have lost faith in him to deliver.
