Hate to state the obvious, Happy. But 4.4 was not the absolute lows. Sitting around on a loss and watching your capital go down even further isn't the smartest investment idea. I sold on the announcement and moved the capital into another stock which is since up 12%. Know when to cut your losses and move on. Float paid himself 30% of the total revenue (revenue, not profit) plus bonus shares. I wish you luck too, if the debt warehouse announcement does't come for another month (it was meant to come before Christmas), you might need it.
