Interest rates are at record lows and property prices at record highs which means most small business owners would not have much trouble taking equity loans out at 2-3% pa. Why on earth would CRO holders be so excited about the prospects of the DW, the o only customers they will attract are those that have a higher chance of default.
I guess if the next announcement was that they are now going to start selling ice to Eskimo’s we will still have the same pumping crew here able to justify just how huge that business will become .
