Its on low volume so it does not really count, its just moving with the market, on a down day it will be back where it was and will likely stay there until we find out whether they can get to FNTP or not and Starr there are still three hurdles to go:
Engineering
Financing
Environmental
Many things have already gone wrong and many more still could. We are still far from FNTP. Hope they get there in my lifetime.
