Provided Alberta Environment and Parks (“AEP”) with additional information required in their
process to authorize environmental approval. Additional requests for specifications directly
from the gas turbine vendor have subsequently been provided in January.


Hopefully this is the end of the to'ing and fro'ing for the environmental approvals. If so we could well see those approvals come as early as this week.

Then they can get down to finalising the EPFC and finance contracts so we can get things started with preparations for construction.
