Can't blame people for not taking this announcement seriously, too many empty unenforceable agreements in the past year alone. In fact, Sky Scrapers enforced their agreement on Zoono and Zoono coughed up 1.7mln as a result.
In relation to the new Chinese agreement, too many conditions and too little detail I.e. margins, addressable market etc.
I found it laughable how they highlighted the Termination in bold. Given, there are no minimum commitments, it's probably "unterminatable". I have a feeling that Chinese state corporation just stitched them up and Zoono is trying to put lipstick on a pig with all the vague statements.
Chinese will probably reengineer the product and start selling through another "state" corporation and use this agreement to lock Zoono out of their market.
