Three queries.
Firstly, whilst the termination date of the Bonaparte deal is noted, I don't recall an announcement that identifies which party terminated the deal?
Secondly, the date of termination precedes David's return to Advent so as at the date of termination, Advent was a subsidiary of, and under the control of MMR. On that basis, if Onshore did terminate, it wouldn't have been David Breeze that signed off?
Thirdly, I wonder about the standing of the permit as at the date of termination of the agreement. I have never sought out the works program for EP386 but given the combative environment of the time, I suspect it may not have been "on target" at that time?
