"I believe that they did it the right way" could be interpreted as confirmation bias on your behalf having regard to your previously documented "bearish analysis". There are counter arguments to each of the Government's grounds for cancellation. I note that your point 3 was missing from the PM's official statement so it seems that argument has already been conceded by the PM. I say the PM as Minister Pitt's public statements completely contradict the PM's position.
