The other interesting bit was where it said the SAT referred "the matter" to the WA Supreme Court. I have no choice but to believe this is true (and that the SAT didn't just deny them). The SAT WA register of proceedings says "matter still before tribunal" (this might be updated in the next week(s) or so).
