According to MMR announcements, this permit was sold to "Bonaparte Petroleum Pty Ltd", an entity I know nothing about, subject to certain things, on 28/9/18. Things were looking good in May 2019 when Advent secured some WA gov money to do some drilling out on EP386. Things must have changed pretty quickly because it appears that on 10/8/19, the sale to Bonaparte was terminated. Interestingly enough, 12/8/19 is the date I have recorded as to when David returned to the helm of Advent. On 1/11/19, an extension to the work program was sought on EP386, ultimately declined, and here we are today heading to the Supreme Court to argue the toss. I am no lawyer but @Whiplashed I don't get a match with your post above. Can you shine a light?
