Interestingly in section 4.7 of the ASX Listing Rules Guidance document it is stated that if an announcement regarding new operations is not made within 6 months of the agreement to dispose of the company's main undertaking, quotation is suspended until an 'acceptable' announcement is made. I seemed to think of this 6 month period ending as somewhat of a deadline but it's far from it. I'm sure there is some hard deadline in which a company would be officially removed after extended suspension but there could be months before Tooth sinks his teeth into an opportunity.
So from the results of the AGM on 23/12/2021, which I consider 'the agreement to dispose of its main undertaking' (I could be wrong), we can expect the suspension of quotation to happen on or around the 23/06/2022. This of course is only if a new venture isn't announced/proposed.
We've potentially still got months to speculate fellas!
