Any thoughts on how the new chair appointment impacts these (very valid) concerns? Seems to me the company realised they were missing some firepower, and brought in someone with a massive stack of experience in healthcare, particularly tightening the ship and extracting value out of underperforming firms with good IP. Some notable M&A achievements as well, which might be telling. Looks like a very strong appointment to me.
