Monash IVF acquires Pivet Medical Centre

Monash IVF Group has entered into a binding sale agreement for the acquisition of Perth- and Cairns-based fertility services provider Pivet Medical Centre.

Monash IVF is acquiring Pivet by way of an asset sale and purchase for an initial up-front cash consideration of $9.4 million. This includes the potential of additional earn out payments over a one- to two-year period from completion.

The acquisition is expected to be funded through Monash IVF’s operating cash flows and debt facilities available.

Completion is expected to occur during the first quarter of the 2023 financial year.
