So I got a response.

Sales are slower than expected as the KOLs want in vivo data, not just in vitro.

So they had been using the device to separate sperm but not using it to create embryos, and are waiting for our trial to prove it works in humans.

How we didn't know this earlier, like two years ago when they started using it just boggles my mind. Why did we wait so long to start the trial?

Anyways, we will get an official announcement soon apparently. At least that's a good reason they aren't buying yet. And maybe we can get India to publish their results with our product to get the ball rolling.
