DO you think this recent sell-off is sector related? As people are factoring in the slowing down of the property market, anything related to property is under pressure? I feel that as Propetech is not just about the sale and day-to-day property management requiring much more efficiencies in the system so yes, I kind of agree that what this company is offering is attractive to agencies.
I have recently moved agents for my investment property for a better deal and the new guys have an online app for managing their affairs. Does anyone know what are other players in this space and if there is room for consolidation here?
