My guess is they’re trying to replace directors and TO is plan b incase they fail.
They could do both. Replace directors and then buy out Jat. Just my wild guesses.
Something is definitely brewing behind the scene and it’s looking good for Jat imo.
30M plus units today and around the same amount in the last two days and sp is moving up too.
This is a good sign of some people in the know and accumulating. Again I’m just speculating positively. I’m sure we’ll find out soon enough when the news comes out
