Haha. No, I just understand that the issues at hand are too complex for me to have a strong opinion either way. My thought is ISX may have, and have certainly been portrayed to have been upto no good (like a heap of companies that go un-noticed) and ASX took the opportunity/risk to crush them, which perfectly aligned with their own incentives. There's a heap of question marks on both sides, and unless you're a lawyer and completely across the case nobody really knows how it will play out. The good news is the Euro biz looks to be very successful. I just have an open mind here, and not enough shares to spend the time fine tooth combing all the documents and bush lawyering my own opinion that could be wrong anyway.
