if you run a proper business and want it to last you don't cheat and do dodgy stuff, cant stop people doing it but honest people don't bother, there will always be this element in any business but that should be the minority not majority

doing off platform and for cash has other risk associated with it like insurance, payment issues and no one to back you up

a bit like I can order food direct from restaurant and they may offer me 5-10% discount but I prefer to use Uber because if my food is undercook
or don't turn up or for whatever reason I have recourse through Uber else I have to deal with the restaurant directly which usually not very pleasant
