Yes my insight is that DRO will put whatever the hell they want into their quarterly update, with no actual intent on following through. Their primary goal is to pump as hard as possible, so they can continue to feather their nest.
It might sound like I'm joking, but after 3 years of lacklustre performance and announcements and 'partnerships' that literally go no-where, I'm convinced this is actually true.
