Apologies I should have done a cut and paste of the Dec 2021 Half Yearly (announced on 15 Mar 2022) as, as far as I am aware, it is the only place that this info has been disclosed - although maybe it is deemed immaterial.
At the time of the preparation and finalisation of the accounts, it would be 12 months (or close to it) after acquisition date so they have the necessary visibility to confirm the contingency.
