You still don't get it? It's not stock specific selling, it's a bear market! Remember the crazy bull market of 2020 when everything went up? It was driven by huge Fed liquidity injections(the whole bull market from 2009 onwards was fueled the same way), well now they're withdrawing that liquidity so everything must go back down. The best companies will bottom first, form bases and then breakout into new uptrends as the market bottoms, spend your time finding those rather than watching the daily ticks on this(this will hopefully be one of those but watching it tick over isn't going to help) - there are very few stocks that have formed bases so far which suggests to me we're not even close to a bottom in the market yet.

Personally I'm just enjoying the break
