Jesus krusty, I know you like to take a negative view of everything, but for all our sakes including yours, could you stop with the drama queen crap.

Obviously it has slipped your extensive DD that the notes convert five years post issue - 29 Oct 2019 - being October 2024.

Yes the notes are there, and yes they might/will eventually convert, and yes they can be converted prior to Due Date, but the company can also redeem some or all of them prior to due date. If the company chooses to redeem some or all, the note holders can convert the unredeemed balance.

So unless you know something we all don't, there is nothing to suggest that all the notes will convert by year end resulting in 1B SOI.

In the meantime, perhaps you could enlighten us as to what you think the SP will be in October 2024?
