Yes, if archTIS' relationship with the ONI is purely dependent on Microsoft, this will negatively impact revenue growth potential.
It opens up the opportunity for local cloud service providers (of which archTIS has several partnerships) to take advantage of the opening left by Microsoft, but will require some more digging.
