I'm not sure what the 0.899M "Sales and Marketing" from the Table "use of funds" is.
But I know that the advertising cash outflow during the Q was -79k or so, last Q was around -45k (ie, nothing).
And the last Q, at the table "use of funds", they already recognised a "sales and marketing" expense of around 0.6M. Check the HY report and tell me if you find anything related to that... At the HY report, advertising spend was around 110k (ie, nothing).
It seems this is more related to "sales" (team building...), then real marketing expenditure. Hopefully.
