Pointerra can also store/host that data, without necessarily providing any analytics at all. Point cloud files can be huge, so clients can store, retrieve and interrogate data on the Ponterra platform. Jacobs, for example, store client surveys (at least in my field) on the platform. They can then send a link which will give access to the viewer, so anyone can go in and look at the point cloud survey (and take measurements etc) without needing third-party software.
