What I find most disingenuous about this co is the fact that the failings of the company are blamed on everything but themselves. Even to the point of blaming their own shareholders for the current position the companies in. This alludes to the BOD having done everything correctly. In the current environment they implemented and exhausted all avenues and strategies available to them to negate the global and local events that presented itself. I doubt that scenario is correct so it wouldn't hurt for the BOD to humble up a little and admit they could of done some things better and proportion some blame to themselves
