YT, I wanted to post this question separately from what I just posted in a general question format above. I am not seeking or requesting answers to any of the above or this question, as it matters. It is for people to think about.
Q: Should a company, when being scrutinised by a regulatory body, during any trading period, seek to hide or mislead shareholders from the real causes, just for the sake of avoiding negative feedback no matter the reason?
