Do you think Meyer Gutnick should have ever been appointed as an independent director? Isn't this why they had to appoint another director and Meyer Gutnick resigned/was removed.

Quite clearly a relative is not independent and should never have been appointed as such. So yes something was pointed out and rightfully investigated. The company were taking the p*ss and got found out. The fact that a shareholder had to point this out to the ASX/ASIC is concerning in my opinion. They should have been never been able to be appointed as an independent director in the first place.
