It does not matter, which way you look at this. It has, a pre-planned con all over it. As original, 2018 IPO LTH being myself, my brother and friend. Went into the second CR, no mention in any/ or all of the prospectus documents mentioned anything about Omniblend Nourish. Neither was the wording of "We Are An Acquisition Driven Company".

The whole thing to date, has robbed the LTH along along with the newbie holders. We have all, combined lost major or minor capital monies.

On all levels, from there excessive salaries, bonuses, Excessive Performance Shares along with the extremely questionable gifting of Extreme levels of share placements with all acquisitions - This = A singular driven focus, to enrich themselves through salary earnings and then prepare themselves for some crazy level of stock enrichment of which is a complete unknown to us.

"Total Shame" is how they should feel on there behaviour.
