Excellent post mate.
IMO When Chinese international students come back and the resell channel is firing on all cylinders A2M will once again become the market darling, and the IF stocks like HLF will once again ride the coattails and experience some very nice gains. Nice returns for anyone buying in now. My first parcel in HLF was 15.5, but by taking advantage of the current bear market I’ve dropped my average price to mid 7’s, setting myself up for some nice returns when the sector becomes bullish once again.
I was of the opinion that this current baby formula shortage will give the sector a bit of a boost. Here’s how stocks in the sector have performed since the baby formula shortage narrative started making the rounds on May 11th:
BFC: +29.1%
BUB: +16.2%
HVM: +13.8%
A2M: +7.54%
AHF: +6.9%
FSF: +3.2%
HLF: +1.8%
JAT: 0.00%
SM1: -2.7%
NUC: -3.4%
So as we can see, some of our peers have started to make a bit of a move. If this move continues, then you would think HLF will join in the fun.
