AKP doesn't have your cash. Whoever you bought your shares off (presuming you own some) - has your cash. That is, you "handed over" your money to whoever you bought your shares off. The company doesn't have your cash, some punter does.

I would have thought that understanding was fairly fundamental. We're all shareholders of the company, and the company getting a 10m cap raise can only be a good thing.
