$10M cap raise once they see demos is an interesting one. As we know and like, Fred hates dilution.
So maybe a cap raise to the useful suspects Fed and Co at a discounted price.
Or possibly to external parties at a premium - if they have seen the demos before the market then one could cry foul.

Either way it is happening - it is easy to slag the delays however the MEMs problems and lock downs in China are well documented.

So another month and we should know whether the the Cap raise has been completed based on successful demonstrations.
