Would be just if exiting shareholders were also given the opportunity to participate through a SPP. I realise that adds to costs and will probably have zero impact on the outcome but might support a higher price?
Otherwise please provide name of broker to allow us to contact them directly to participate as sophisticated investors.
While the potential dilution is negligible it would still be good to protect my meagre % holding. I guess the other option is to buy on market now? Food for thought over the weekend.
