I'd like to think that would be the case - but they need the money, so I expect it will be around the current price. Maybe if the sophs wanted in and AKP had a few years' runway, they could demand a premium, but I can't see it.Also, if the current directors/top 20 want to participate, I doubt they'll charge themselves too high a price, and I wouldn't be surprised if Fred and Lawernce put their loan repayment straight back in.

They may have opened a can of worms for themselves - I can imagine a few interesting questions at the AGM along the lines of 'how were you able to demo to the sophs in the raise but unable to demo to shareholders at this meeting?' Maybe they will push for a demo at the AGM, a delay to the raise post AGM is more likely IMO - seat of their pants stuff as usual

Apart from all that, it was a good 4C, with plenty of detail. Does anyone else think that Danny or Yuval writes these?
