just my opinion, but I reckon Fred's mates and whoever else wants in would be all set. It would be disappointing to see it go to sophs, I'd much rather a strategic cornerstone investor at this stage.

disagree on the price, if it's as good as they say there should be people climbing over one another and outbidding each other for a fill. They've probably already got a price in mind though.

you could be right. I'd certainly be disappointed if that were how it plays out. Maybe it will be one last low ball raise, before they get it out to the world. I just can't see the point in raising after they demo unless it was going to be favorable. 10 mill is chump change and I would have thought easy to raise particularly if capital is flowing the way Fred suggests in Israel.
