If you add in MSBs trial, thats two failed trials for aGVHD, and one invalid open label single arm trial where the company falsely claimed to "have a statistically significant increase compared to the protocol-defined historical control rate of 45% ". The FDA asked to see the data and it turned out there was no protocol-defined historical control.
Hence the MAGIC cohort and the ODAC meeting.
