I honestly don't know what they are waiting for. We've just had a significant market correction - both in stocks & in cryptocurrencies. With the financial services licence why don't CWL just turn themselves into an investment vehicle & use the remaining funds to quickly buy up a bunch of cheap assets? They can then secure a loan on those assets if they need to keep the lights on while they wait for the market to rebound.
