Thats overhead costs. I dont know why the cost is so high, but luckily this expenses generally is controllable i.e. they can reduce this if needed. Other costs such as staff costs, not so. ICI has low admin and corporate costs in history.
This is likely to have to related to recent acquisitions. I dont know the detail but hope to find out a bit more from da boss.
