Yeah this is another red flag for me, not caring about shareholders value, as their salaries are all paid, etc. Not one director is buying on market, or has real skin in the game.
Incentives are not aligned, even when share price is trading 1 cent, they will be getting their salaries and managements life doesnt change a bit. Its only shareholders who cop the hit.
