i also work in the industry in perth and "20% cheaper and faster" can be a comparison to the slowest and most expensive method - there are too many ways to build a given structure. for john hughes they took 90 days to do a job that could have been done in weeks using steel frame and composite slabs and would have cost about the same, so who knows?
